Positional language

This week the children have taken part in lots of activities focused on the position of objects and using language such as over, under, through, beside, on top, in front and behind.  They have played musical teddies which is like musical chairs but instead of them sitting on a chair, their teddy has to sit where it is told when the music stops.

They have also enjoyed building and moving around an obstacle course in the garden.  They had to go over the bridges, on top of the balance beam and through the tunnel.
